Since 2019, our headquarters harnesses solar energy through 386 panels installed on the rooftop. In FY2022, these panels generated about 157,365 kWh of energy annually, which powered about 77% of our electricity consumption, up from 156,567 kWh and 75% in FY2021 respectively.
Since 2016, we have been a renewable energy installation partner to solar solutions provider Sunseap Leasing Pte Ltd. We also have the right experience to support the Plan’s green energy goals. That includes the reduction of energy consumption in HDB towns by 15% by 2030 and to increase the deployment and storage of solar energy.
Thereby, ISOTeam Renewable Solutions Pte Ltd was incorporated on 11 November 2021 to drive this sustainability cause in align with Singapore’s Whole-Of-Government effort for the growth of local solar industry. Refer to HDB’s SolarNova programme here.

ISOTeam's Green-Value and Initiatives
ISOTeam has a strong track record in several major green projects in Singapore including a 5MW floating solar farm in the Straits of Johor for Sunseap Group – one of the world’s largest – consisting of 13,312 panels, 40 inverters and more than 30,000 floats, which was completed in FY2021.

In this clip, the building of world’s largest near shore floating solar test bed and its challenges on the Straits of Johor is shared.
Sunseap is building this project in collaboration with other SMEs. Floating modules are the specialty of a construction company called ISOTeam.
Featuring in this clip, is our Group’s General Manager (since 2012) and Managing Director of ISOTeam Renewable Solutions (since 2021), Mr Richard Chan. He also shared about the floating modules done for our landscaping projects.
Making green landscaping for the Housing Development Board, led to the launch into the floating construction – Iconic Floating Wetlands at Punggol Waterway.
